PLASTIC FREE COMMUNITY EVENTS
School students, teachers, and parents makeup a large percent of the community. We hope the school community will take the learned, eco-friendly practices outside of the school to help minimize the single use plastics in events organized by the community. This can be anywhere from national events to a party or function organized by individuals or a group. Wherever the school can take part it should play a role in bringing awareness to the overconsumption of plastic items do its part in making these events plastic free — from plastic decorations to the event services.
